Mr. N S Sarangarajan
Late Founder & DirectorMr. N S Sarangarajan was born in a typical, orthodox middle-class family, the son of an SBI bank officer. Initially, he started his career in the pharma industry and after a couple of years and his post-graduation, switched to finance. He joined HDFC Ltd., the largest private lender for housing, in 1983 and served in various departments till 2010.Post retirement, along with a few of his colleagues from HDFC Ltd., he started a partnership firm engaged in property development. The firm has completed over 40 projects in Chennai, and with his blessings, continues its journey as SA Homes.

Mr. K Ramani
DirectorMr. Ramani was born in a middle-class family consisting of nine siblings, in Attur near Salem. After his father's retirement from service as an officer in SBI, the family moved to Chennai and Mr. Ramani duly completed his B. Sc (Physics Major) in Madras Christian College in 1979. He then joined S Venkatram & Co., to do his three year articleship and joined HDFC Ltd., in 1984. Mr. Ramani opted for voluntary retirement in 2010 and joined his colleague Late Mr. Sarangarajan and Team in his property development firm.

DirectorMr. Vibhishan is a professional with 24 years' standing in industry, bringing keen acumen and expertise to the table. "My experience in the Property Development industry has helped me to formulate and comprehend the concept of a home as an expression of one's individuality. Be it apartments or villas, every project has a soul, a character and a personality all its own. I give utmost importance in implementing this concept and focus meticulously on every detail of the client's needs.
